If you have not had a comment published before, your comment will be placed in a queue for moderation. Please be patient; it may take up to 24 hours for me to review it. If you have signed up for an IntenseDebate account, you only need to have one comment approved; future comments will be immediately published. If you do not have an IntenseDebate account, every comment will be moderated (thus, delayed).
Here are the ground rules:
- Be civil. If you wish to disagree, do so in a courteous, respectful, and reasonable manner.
- Comments with ad hominem attacks or inappropriate language are all subject to deletion.
- Comments that are solely for the purpose of advertising, or that promote evil, will not be allowed.
- Pseudonyms are discouraged, but may be allowed if using your real name would subject you to reprisal or harassment. In general, I believe that you should be willing to put your name to your words.
