Beautiful Immanuel graphic
2009 December 1
A talented member of our congregation is creating a new Web site for Immanuel. Here’s a header she designed. Isn’t it beautiful? I’m giddy.

That's very nice.
Yes, very beautiful! Eventually I'd like to redo my church's website (it's doesn't have a "Lutheran feel"). Please ask he if she'd consider doing my congregation's website sometime in the future (if that ever comes about).

Stunning! Is that tapestry or mosaic on the left? Absolutely beautiful, whatever the art form! The printed pages are a nice touch for the external Word.
And the Luther Seal is almost a "watermark!" Great design!!!
Gosh, yes.
Very nice indeed. I particularly like the photo on the right side. My agents will be in touch.

(From the designer) Thank you so much for your kind and public comments, Pastor! I'm thrilled that you like it so much.
Rich F., absolutely. I'll have to finish ours first, though. I have a full time job still (thanks be to God), so production time is slow at the moment.
Rich H., yes, that's a mosaic. It is found in the apse of the church Sant'Apollinare in Classe, a small harbor town outside of Ravenna, in Italy. The photo was taken by me in January 2008.
Paul, my intention was to give you a credit on the website. Thank you so much for making that photo available. I love how it works in that space. But if you'd rather we not use it for this purpose, just say the word and we'll respect your copyright.
