Sex, drugs, and Obama
J. Freedom du Lac had a revealing piece in the Washington Post about the rabid support Barack [Middle-Name Censored] Obama is getting from rap and hip-hop performers. Rapper “Ludacris” has a song called “Politics (Obama Is Here)” that calls Hilary Clinton a naughty word, among other things. Here’s the video:

As the song notes, the president-in-waiting listens to Ludacris on his iPod, making me wonder what else is on there. Du Lac notes the frequency with which Obama is mentioned by rappers with charming monikers such as “Ghostface Killah” and “Three 6 Mafia” and in songs with names like “Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It,” “possibly making him the third most-popular topic in rap behind drugs and sex, not necessarily in that order.”
But the best part of the article is where Obama is quoted as saying that hip-hop “uses the n-word a little too frequently.” So, it’s okay to use it a little bit? I wonder what would happen if McCain had said that.

It saddens me that so many people take this guy seriously. I heard someone say yesterday that Obama holds the correct THEOLOGICAL understanding according to Scripture on abortion. Just drink the kool-aid, and everything will be fine….
