Congrats indeed - although I will always remember the day, not 10 years ago, but coming up on 13, when walking into Lloyd Noble and seeing all the booths, my dad and I spotted a Lutheran with a red copy of Tappert reading away. Perhaps I should prepare something cool for the 15th anniversary of your Vicarage. . . .

Thank you for your faithful service as my shepherd for the past 7 years. Being a PK, I thought I'd have a hard time leaving my previous church (and shepherd! :) ) where I'd been for 30 plus years, but fortunately, such was not the case. I, for one, am glad that you accepted the call to Immanuel!

It was my privilege to be there that day ten years ago for your ordination as a parishoner approaching my departure for seminary formation.

It was my privilege to call you my pastor for three years.

God grant you many more years in His service.

Your brother in Office,

Pr. Juhl

Many congratulations, my friend. I had my dear friend Dave Petersen preach for my 10th, and my other close friend John Berg was there for the choir and as deacon. It was a wonderful morning that I still remember well.

Blessings to you and Immanuel,
Pr. Peperkorn
