Help with Augustine Quote

I am looking for the source of the oft-quoted saying of Augustine of Hippo, “We are an Easter people, and Alleluia is our song.” (I am surprised that he would use the term “Easter,” and am suspicious that he may not have said it.) Anyone have any information beyond what the Google is providing for me (largely a lot of links to papal sermons and Roman parish bulletins)?
