Children Sacrificed to Molech

One naturally recoils in horror upon reading the Scriptural admonitions not to sacrifice children to Molech (e.g., Lev. 20). Then one is compelled to ask, is our society better … or worse? Another important insight from Dr. John Kleinig: “The members of the church do not … abort their children. The abomination of wanton sacrifice of untold millions of children by their parents through abortion is the closest modern equivalent to the Canaanite practice of parents sacrificing their children to the god Molech.”
